We teach Japanese and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for kids from 4½, teens and adults at our friendly dojo at 272 Dundas St, Thornbury, and complete beginners are always welcome. From Brunswick St or Smith St it's about six and a half kilometres north up High St, and well worth it for a proper mat space.

Which class suits you?

Japanese Jiu Jitsu (16+): striking, throws, locks, ground fighting, weapons and knife defence, with 7 classes a week.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (16+): beginner-friendly Gi and No-Gi, with 3 classes a week.
Young Adults (16 to 17): the full adult syllabus in our adult classes, usually partnered with other teens.
Junior Adults (11 to 15): age-appropriate self defence and weapons.
Samurai Warriors and Ninja Stars (4½ to 10): confidence, discipline and life skills, after school and on Saturdays.
