Which class suits you?
- Japanese Jiu Jitsu (16+): striking, throws, locks, ground fighting, weapons and knife defence, with 7 classes a week.
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (16+): beginner-friendly Gi and No-Gi, with 3 classes a week.
- Young Adults (16 to 17): the full adult syllabus in our adult classes, usually partnered with other teens.
- Junior Adults (11 to 15): age-appropriate self defence and weapons.
- Samurai Warriors and Ninja Stars (4½ to 10): confidence, discipline and life skills, after school and on Saturdays.
