Which class suits you?
- Japanese Jiu Jitsu (16+): striking, throws, locks, ground fighting, weapons and knife defence, with 7 classes a week.
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (16+): beginner-friendly Gi and No-Gi, with 3 classes a week.
- Young Adults (16 to 17): the full adult syllabus in our adult classes, usually partnered with other teens.

The facilities here are excellent as is the training. The instructors are friendly and helpful and give plenty of useful feedback during sessions. I enjoy the challenge of learning new things, especially using the various weapons.
